Unishore

The UniShore concept was introduced by Hamilton Associates with a view to pass on the benefit of our continued global presence to our clients, giving them the best of two business orientations, offshore development and the on-site model.

While offshore development is cost-effective, there are low levels of control and visibility. The on-site model is however less cost effective but with full control and clearer visibility. Hamilton Associates uses the UniShore concept to give clients the best of the two models.

The result is that our clients are comfortable in the knowledge that their expenses are reduced but at the same time they have full control and a clear visibility of the entire process.

A further initiative taken by Hamilton Associates on the UniShore Business Models (UBM) is Customer Managed UBM and Joint Venture UBM.
