Hamilton Associates combines the best features of these two different models, thereby giving the client a cost-effective package with the desired levels of control and visibility called the UniShore Business Model.

A further diversification of the UniShore Business Model is the Joint Venture UBM. Under this scheme, management of resources, projects and deliverables and infrastructure falls within the scope of Hamilton Associates. The reviews and tasks are allocated by the client. Development processes, standards and testing are done by Hamilton Associates but closely monitored by the client. At the end of the project, Hamilton Associates transfers all the operational knowledge and infrastructure to the client which then operates as separate entity.
