Customer Managed UBM

UniShore Business Management(UBM) is a business model which combines the best of two separate business models, Offshore Development and On-site Model. While the Offshore business model is cost-effective, it does not provide sufficient control and visibility, whereas the reverse is true for the On-site Model.

Hamilton Associates has developed a model known as UniShore Business Management which combines both of the above business models, resulting in providing both cost-effectiveness and visibility and control to the client.

A further development to these models is Customer Managed UBM. In this model, Hamilton Associates supplies the project leader, programmers and infrastructural resources but senior management is contributed by the client. The result is that Hamilton associates can adopt business processes specific to the client’s business approach while providing the appropriate technical expertise according to the client’s project.
